Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong understanding of service delivery. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud technologies and application support. - Experience in providing ongoing support to clients and maintaining world-class systems. - Exceptional communication skills and ability to accurately define client issues. - Collaboration skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in service delivery and apply innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Develop and execute activities related to end-to-end service deliver, including project plans and estimates, scoping and requirements through implementation and deployment Proactively monitor, manage and report on execution of deliverables 1 Looking for a resource who has 6-8 years of IT Experience with more than 4 years of PM /Service Delivery Lead experience 2 Need good hands on experience in PMP and Agile project management tool 3 Responsibilities a Looking for an experienced India based service delivery lead at Level 8 who has experience working on complex projects across multiple workstreams and delivery teams Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 6-8 years of experience in service delivery. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in information technology operations or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions.
