Summary: As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will act as the ongoing interface between the client and the Unified Communication and Collaboration Operations system. Dedicated to quality, you will use exceptional communication skills to keep our world-class systems running smoothly. With deep product knowledge, you will accurately define client issues and design resolutions. Your typical day will involve collaborating with clients, interpreting their needs, and providing effective solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Manage and resolve technical issues reported by clients. - Conduct system analysis and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues. - Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide effective solutions. - Ensure the smooth operation of the Unified Communication and Collaboration Operations system. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in Unified Communication and Collaboration Operations. - Train and mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Unified Communication and Collaboration Operations. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with IT Service Management. - Strong understanding of Unified Communication and Collaboration Operations principles and best practices. - Experience in managing and supporting Unified Communication and Collaboration Operations systems. - Knowledge of network protocols and technologies related to Unified Communication and Collaboration Operations. - Familiarity with troubleshooting tools and techniques for Unified Communication and Collaboration Operations. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and team members.
