Summary: As an IT Service Management Representative, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of IT production systems and services, ensuring client satisfaction and risk management. Your typical day will involve providing operational support to ensure production systems and devices are online and available, utilizing your expertise in Cloud Infrastructure. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of cloud infrastructure solutions, utilizing your expertise in Cloud Infrastructure. - Manage the administration of Google Cloud Functions, AWS Administration, and Azure VMware Solution, ensuring optimal performance and availability. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of IT production systems and services, utilizing your expertise in Cloud Infrastructure. - Provide operational support to ensure production systems and devices are online and available, utilizing your expertise in Cloud Infrastructure. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in Cloud Infrastructure, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Cloud Infrastructure, Google Cloud Functions, AWS Administration, Azure VMware Solution. - Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure design, implementation, and maintenance. - Experience in managing the administration of Google Cloud Functions, AWS Administration, and Azure VMware Solution. - Experience in providing operational support to ensure production systems and devices are online and available. - Solid grasp of the latest advancements in Cloud Infrastructure, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in Information Technology Operations, Computer Science, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at Bengaluru office.
