Project Role Description : Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

Summary: As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing ongoing support to clients and ensuring the smooth functioning of systems and applications. Your typical day will involve accurately defining client issues, interpreting and designing resolutions, and utilizing exceptional communication skills to maintain world-class systems. Roles & Responsibilities: a. NNM/NPS/NA/iSPI's Installation/Upgrade with Application Failover and HA Environment. b. NNM Integration with multiple MF Tools as well as 3rd party tools. c. NNM/NA discovery and DDP Installation d. Configuring LDAP, SMTP and SSL on NNM/NA. e. Performing Router, Switches, Firewall, Load balancer discovery/troubleshooting. f. Troubleshooting of discovery failure and integration related issues. g. NPS Standard and customization reports and scheduling. h. Experience on NNM/NPS/NA/iSPI migration. Professional & Technical Skills: a. Integration with NPS/NA/UCMDB, OBM and 3rd party tools like mywizard. b. Basic and Advanced Discovery Knowledge. c. NNM/NPS/NA console, custom poll, SNMP Traps, monitoring setting. d. Scripting - Perl, Shell, etc. for any customization and automation in NNM. Professional Experience: a. Good understanding of ITIL framework b. Flexible to work in 24x7 environment c. Should have knowledge of SLAs OLAs and KPIs d. Well versed corporate ethics and compliance e. Team player who also works well independently self-motivated f. Work on the service improvement programs. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in HPE Network Management Center. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
