Summary: As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. You will be dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world-class systems running. With your deep product knowledge, you will accurately define client issues and design resolutions. Your typical day will involve providing ongoing support to clients, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring smooth system operations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Troubleshoot and resolve system or application-related problems. - Collaborate with the team to discuss and analyze client requirements. - Contribute to the design and implementation of effective solutions. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Database Administration (DBA). - Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud technologies. - Strong understanding of database management and administration. - Experience in performance tuning and optimization of databases. - Knowledge of backup and recovery procedures. - Familiarity with MYSQL and PL/SQL programming languages. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in Oracle Database Administration (DBA). - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
