Summary: As an Infrastructure Service Management professional, you will be responsible for providing technical support to clients and ensuring the smooth functioning of systems and applications. Your typical day will involve interfacing with clients, identifying and resolving issues, and maintaining quality standards. Roles & Responsibilities: - Provide technical support to clients, acting as the interface between the client and the system or application. - Identify and resolve client issues, utilizing deep product knowledge and exceptional communication skills. - Design and implement solutions to client issues, ensuring quality standards are maintained. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth functioning of systems and applications. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong understanding of Infrastructure Service Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Incident Management. - Experience in providing technical support to clients. - Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to accurately define client issues. - Ability to design and implement solutions based on deep product knowledge. - Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Infrastructure Service Management. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering quality technical support. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
