Summary: As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will act as the ongoing interface between the client and the SAP BASIS Administration system. You will be dedicated to quality and use exceptional communication skills to ensure the smooth operation of our world-class systems. Your role will involve accurately defining client issues and designing resolutions based on your deep product knowledge. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and functionality of the SAP BASIS Administration system. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Provide technical support to clients and resolve their issues in a timely manner. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems. - Ensure the smooth operation of the SAP BASIS Administration system by monitoring performance and addressing any issues. - Proactively identify opportunities for system improvements and implement necessary changes. - Document and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations and troubleshooting guides. HANA Backups Design using Azure Service vault and Snapshot mechanism SAP HANA Administration High Availability concepts Responsible for performing technical tasks for a project like Installation and configuration of SAP Netweaver, performing the SAP version upgrades for ABAP and Java, HANA Migration including all project activities. Performing the activities like HRSP updates, kernel updates, Security notes, Support pack updates,Service tools updates, HANA uprades, and all kind of planned/unplanned outages. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BASIS and HANA Administration. - Good To Have Skills: Experience on other SAP modules and cloud environments. - Strong understanding of SAP system architecture and components. - Experience in system installation, configuration, and maintenance. - Knowledge of SAP security and authorization concepts. - Familiarity with SAP transport management and system monitoring tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP BASIS Administration. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A Graduate degree is required.Graduate
