Summary: As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will act as the ongoing interface between the client and the Microsoft Teams Infrastructure system. You will be dedicated to quality and use exceptional communication skills to ensure the smooth operation of our world-class systems. Your role will involve accurately defining client issues and designing resolutions based on your deep product knowledge. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and functionality of the Microsoft Teams Infrastructure system. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist clients in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to the Microsoft Teams Infrastructure system. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve system or application issues. - Provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries and issues. - Document and maintain detailed records of client interactions and issue resolutions. - Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the Microsoft Teams Infrastructure system and related technologies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Teams Infrastructure. - Strong understanding of cloud-based technologies and infrastructure. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a complex IT environment. - Knowledge of networking protocols and concepts. - Familiarity with ITIL framework and incident management processes. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft Teams Infrastructure. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
