Must have Skills : ServiceNow Good to Have Skills : No Technology Specialization Job Requirements : Key Responsibilities : a. Third Party Management/Integration with other ITSM tools & 3rd Party tools b. Configuration of functionalities according to the best process & practices c. Serve as a highly technical skilled specialist resource within the ServiceNow domain to provide support on all the ServiceNow capability and modules d. Provide effective concise, timely, and consistent verbal and written communications to peers, customers, and management e. Establish and maintain documentation regarding standards and policies surrounding administration & development of ServiceNow as it applies to best practice industry standards Technical Experience : a. Admin & Development experience on ServiceNow Modules b. Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Asset, SLM/SLA, Service Catalog, Service Portal, Knowledge, Discovery, Orchestration, Event Management, & Integration. c. Maintenance, administration and version standardization of ServiceNow d. Experience with ServiceNow development/configuration/customization/enhancements e. Develop Applications on ServiceNow Platform & Upgrades f. Service Management Process development g. Good understanding and analytical skills on Scripting (Client & Server), Workflow, UI Action & Policy, Business Rules, Glide System, Glide Record, Script Includes Professional Attributes : a. Excellent Problem-solving and analytical skills. b. Excellent interpersonal & Team Management skills c. Willing to work in 24x7 Support, On Call Week-End Support d.
