Job Description: 1 Provide day to day operational support for the Palo Alto & Checkpoint Firewall Management Service. 2 Must have working experiance on network security technology. 3 Must have working experience on Palo Alto firewall, Checkpoint firewall. 4 Advance level knowledge of Fault Management like Identify and Classify Fault, Investigate and Diagnose Fault and Provide Fault resolution. 5 Carry out firewall deployment, maintenance, monitoring, and management tasks. 6 Ability to support enterprise data center architectures 7 Co-ordinate with 3rd party vendors for Network Hardware replacement Core level debugging. 8 Follow ITIL process with proving skills in working with Incident Change management methodologies. 9 Strong knowledge of networking and security fundamentals like TCP/IP, SSL, TLS, DNS, DHCP, NACLs. 10 Goot to have knowlege on network routing and switching. 11 Good to have certifications. (CCNA, PCNSA, PCNSE...) Must have skills : Network Security Operations, Palo Alto firewall technology, Checkpoint firewall technology Good to have skills : Network datacenter operations, network routing & switching Professional Attributes: Good communication skills. Certifications in Palo Alto Firewall
