Project Role Description : Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

Role: NetApp Architecture Role Description: Candidate should be capable to provide L3 operations on NetApp storage systems and FC Switch Administration. Must Have Skills: NetApp C Dot and IBM Storage Good to Have Skills: HP Storage, Commvault and NetBackup Job Requirements Key Responsibilities: Should have sound experience in providing L3 support for Storage Management and support on NetApp Cluster mode and IBM Storages Design and implement NetApp storage systems including installation, configuration, software upgrades, and storage provisioning. Administer Fibre Channel SAN fabrics, including installation, configuration, zoning, software upgrades, and maintenance of switches. Design and Configure Replication for Disaster Recovery using Recovery point and SnapMirror. Plan and implement best practices for NAS and SAN solutions. Create and update documentation for storage procedures. Technical Experience: Should have sound experience in IBM Storage, Data ONTAP, High Availability, Disk technologies, RAID Levels, Flashpool and Flexclone. Good knowledge on CIFS, NFS, ISCSI and FCP protocols. Experience with installation, configuration and management of storage arrays and switches expected. Experience with Brocade and Cisco SAN Switches. Experience on Storage Pools, Tiering, LUN masking and zoning. Proven skills in understanding customer storage requirements, implementing Fiber Channel and iSCSI SAN solutions, and integrating different operating systems and applications. Should have knowledge about the ITIL framework. Relevant certifications will be an added advantage. Professional Attributes: Strong written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills. Strong time management skills, problem solving and analytical skills. Supervise the team. Perform team management roles Due to the 24X7 operations of the business, must be able to work a flexible work schedule, may include nights, weekends, and holidays. Educational Qualification: 15 years of mandatory education as per Accenture Standards.
