Job Description
Job Title: Fiserv Application Support Specialist
Location: Hyderabad, Noida
Experience: 3-5 years in the IT industry
Education: B.Tech or equivalent degree
Key Responsibilities:
- Support for banking applications Nautilus, Aperio, DocPlus, Communicator
- Monitoring application alerts and workflows.
- Application update developments
- Fix for application Vulnerabilities.
- DR activities for application
- Service account management
- Maintain SSL certificates
Required Skills:
- Windows IIS Administration
- Windows Server Administration
- Windows based applications support,
- .net based Application support
- Understanding of Service Now
- Understanding of banking domain
- Good verbal and written communication to engage 3rd party and vendors.
- Basic understanding of SQL Database
Working Hours/Shift
24/7 Production support. Rotational shifts, each week the shift will be changed from Morning - Afternoon to Night Shifts.
