Job Description
Key Skills: Java, .NET, PHP, Production Support, Application Support
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 2 support for critical IT/OT applications.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to industrial systems and IT interfaces.
- Maintain traceability of interventions using ticketing tools such as ServiceNow and Remedy.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, cybersecurity, and production teams to ensure operational continuity.
- Participate in application updates, testing, and deployments.
- Document procedures, incidents, and resolutions to maintain knowledge base.
Skills Required:
- Strong experience in application support and production support for enterprise IT/OT applications
- Proficiency in Java, .NET, and PHP development and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS)
- Experience in Level 2 support, diagnosing and resolving technical issues efficiently
- Familiarity with ticketing and incident management tools such as ServiceNow and Remedy
- Ability to collaborate with infrastructure, cybersecurity, and production teams
- Knowledge of application updates, testing, and deployment processes
- Strong documentation skills to maintain procedures, incident reports, and knowledge base
- Analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to support end-users and cross-functional teams
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
