Job Description

Remote (India) | 5:30 PM 3:30 AM IST (US Market Hours)

MondaySaturday | Full-Time | Probation: 3 Months

60,000 70,000 / month + Bonus

Minimum Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in SaaS or product-based technical support
  • FinTech or trading-related platform support background (stocks, options, futures, or analytics tools)
  • Excellent written English -> this is non-negotiable!
  • Proven ability to self-learn quickly and handle complex workflows independently
  • Proficiency with Excel/CSV data handling
  • Strong troubleshooting and reasoning skills
  • Must complete internal product learning before starting live support


Important: Candidates who want to join to learn trading will not be considered. You must already be comfortable with basic trading concepts and come prepared to apply them.


Strict Expectations

  • Strong command of written English absolutely mandatory
  • Demonstrated ability to self-learn from detailed documentation
  • Heavy reliance on AI tools for answering users is not acceptable
  • This role demands critical thinking, trading familiarity, and discipline

Role Overview

We are hiring a Platform Support Engineer to assist global traders using our trading analytics platform .

This is a technical, product-centric support role not a BPO or call-center position!

You will handle real-time user queries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a seamless platform experience while working directly with the founder-led team .

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide fast, clear, and accurate live chat (primary) and email (secondary) support
  • Help traders navigate platform features, trade analytics, and reports
  • Troubleshoot issues related to account setup, imports, and analytics workflows
  • Identify recurring technical issues and resolve them using strong product knowledge
  • Maintain and efficiently search through a large 200+ page internal knowledge base
  • Document findings and curate common questions/answers
  • Manage multiple concurrent chats with empathy, speed, and accuracy
