Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve working with NetApp Data Management & Cloud Storage Solutions and Veritas NetBackup Administration to provide a dynamic service to our clients. Roles & Responsibilities: - Provide technical support for critical business systems, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to NetApp Data Management & Cloud Storage Solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to business operations. - Develop and maintain technical documentation, including standard operating procedures and knowledge base articles, to ensure effective knowledge transfer and issue resolution. - Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for critical business systems, ensuring timely response and resolution of issues. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in NetApp Data Management & Cloud Storage Solutions. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in Veritas NetBackup Administration. - Solid understanding of cloud storage solutions and data management best practices. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in NetApp Data Management & Cloud Storage Solutions. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering effective technical support. - This position is based at our Pune office.
