Project Role Description : Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and resolves issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot problems, ensuring the seamless operation of applications, and contributing to the overall efficiency of business processes. You will engage in proactive monitoring and maintenance of systems, while also documenting solutions and sharing knowledge with colleagues to enhance team performance and service delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for application support. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest technologies and methodologies. Professional & Technical Skills: Manage overall SM function - Client management - Escalation Management - SLA and OLA management - Problem Management (Reactive & Proactive Management), Problem Analysis basis on volumetrics - Problem reporting - Document management like runbooks, escalation matrix, RACI documents, etc Knowledge and understanding of PM processes and functions : incident, change and problem - Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal - Client relationship management - Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations - Problem solving and coordination skills - ITIL certification or designation desired Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Service Integration and Management (SIAM). - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
