Summary: As an Application Support Engineer for SAP EWM, you will be responsible for providing dynamic support to identify and solve issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to SAP EWM and ensuring smooth functioning of the system. Roles & Responsibilities: - Provide technical support for SAP EWM and related components, including troubleshooting and resolving issues to ensure smooth functioning of the system. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues related to SAP EWM and other critical business systems. - Develop and maintain technical documentation related to SAP EWM and other critical business systems. - Participate in the design and implementation of new SAP EWM functionalities and enhancements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong knowledge of SAP EWM. - Good To Have Skills: Knowledge of SAP MM and SD modules. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to SAP EWM. - Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues related to critical business systems. - Experience in developing and maintaining technical documentation related to SAP EWM and other critical business systems. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP EWM. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
