Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your day will involve troubleshooting, analyzing system performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Proactively identify and resolve application issues. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and address user concerns. - Implement system enhancements to improve performance. - Document troubleshooting steps and solutions for future reference. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Vmware Virtualization Administration. - Strong understanding of system monitoring and performance optimization. - Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware vSphere. - Knowledge of scripting languages for automation tasks. - Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and resolving system issues. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Vmware Virtualization Administration. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A Graduate degree is required.
