Summary: As an Application Support Engineer for SAP Project System (PS), you will be responsible for identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve providing dynamic service and support to ensure smooth functioning of the system. Roles & Responsibilities: - Provide technical support for SAP Project System (PS) and other related applications. - Identify and troubleshoot issues within the system, and provide timely resolution to minimize downtime. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP Project System (PS) with other business systems. - Develop and maintain technical documentation, including standard operating procedures and knowledge base articles. - Participate in system upgrades and enhancements, and ensure smooth transition to new versions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong knowledge of SAP Project System (PS) and related applications. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP FICO, SAP MM, and SAP SD modules. - Experience in providing technical support for critical business systems. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP Project System (PS) and related applications. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field. - This position is based at our Pune office.
