Summary: As an Application Support Engineer for SAP CRM Service, you will be responsible for identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve providing dynamic service and support to ensure smooth functioning of the system. Roles & Responsibilities: - Provide technical support for SAP CRM Service, identifying and resolving issues within the system. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of issues and effective communication with stakeholders. - Develop and maintain technical documentation, including standard operating procedures and knowledge base articles. - Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurring issues. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in SAP CRM Service and related technologies to provide proactive support and identify opportunities for improvement. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong knowledge of SAP CRM Service. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP Cloud Platform, SAP HANA, and SAP Fiori. - Experience in providing technical support for critical business systems. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP CRM Service. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
