Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve providing dynamic service and ensuring smooth functioning of the systems. Roles & Responsibilities: - Provide technical support for critical business systems, ensuring their smooth functioning. - Identify and solve issues within multiple components of the systems, acting as a software detective. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of issues. - Maintain documentation of issues and their resolutions for future reference. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Infrastructure Service Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Cloud Infrastructure. - Strong understanding of ITIL processes and principles. - Experience in incident management and problem management. - Knowledge of IT infrastructure components such as servers, networks, and databases. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Infrastructure Service Management. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
