Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve troubleshooting and resolving software-related issues to ensure seamless operations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Proactively identify and resolve software-related issues. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve system problems. - Develop and maintain documentation for troubleshooting procedures. - Participate in on-call rotation to provide support outside of business hours. - Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and security. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server Administration. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Active Directory. - Strong understanding of server administration and maintenance. - Knowledge of network protocols and configurations. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving system issues. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft Windows Server Administration. - This position is based at our Nagpur office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
