Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of enterprise network operations. Your typical day will involve troubleshooting and resolving software issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing technical support to end-users. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Troubleshoot and resolve software issues reported by end-users. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve issues within critical business systems. - Provide technical support and guidance to end-users. - Document and maintain knowledge base articles for issue resolution. - Assist in the implementation and maintenance of enterprise network operations. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Ensure compliance with established ITIL processes and procedures. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Enterprise Network Operations. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Network Infrastructures. - Strong understanding of network fundamentals. - Experience with Cisco WiFi and network infrastructures. - Hands-on experience with Cisco certifications such as CCNA and CCNP. - Knowledge of ITIL processes and procedures. - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Enterprise Network Operations. - This position is based at our Mumbai office. - A Graduate Degree is required.
