Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the applications and resolving any technical glitches that may arise. Your expertise in IBM Integration Bus will be instrumental in troubleshooting and maintaining the integration platform. Join our team in Mumbai and contribute to the seamless operation of our business systems. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within critical business systems. - Monitor and maintain the IBM Integration Bus platform. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement system improvements. - Provide technical support and guidance to end-users. - Document and communicate solutions to technical problems. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in IBM Integration Bus. - Strong understanding of software troubleshooting and problem-solving. - Experience in monitoring and maintaining integration platforms. - Knowledge of web services and API integration. - Familiarity with SQL and database management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with IBM MQ Series. - Solid grasp of software development life cycle (SDLC) principles. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Need strong hold on below tools IBM Integration Bus Toolkit preferred version 100, IBM MQ Explorer V75, Monitoring tool, RFHUtil Client, ,MO71 GUI Administrator and Configuration Tool, etc - Need expertise in Integration project development based on different concepts like WebSphere MQ, Http, REST, WebServices, Routing, Transformation, Construction, Database, File, Email, Timer based nodes, Global Cache, etc. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in IBM Integration Bus. - This position is based in Mumbai. - A 15 years full time education is required.
