Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of applications and resolving technical problems. Your expertise in Angular and problem-solving skills will be essential in troubleshooting and resolving issues. Join our team in Kolkata and contribute to the success of our critical business systems. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Ensure timely resolution of application issues and technical problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve system issues. - Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions. - Develop and maintain technical documentation for troubleshooting and issue resolution. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Angular. - Strong understanding of web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Experience with RESTful APIs and web services. - Knowledge of version control systems such as Git. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with TypeScript and Angular Material Design. - Recommendation: Familiarity with front-end frameworks like React or Vue.js. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Angular. - This position is based at our Kolkata office. - A BE or Btech is required.
