Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of applications and providing support to end-users. Your typical day will involve troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the timely resolution of incidents and service requests. With your expertise in application support, you will contribute to the overall stability and performance of the systems. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to critical business systems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve issues. - Ensure the timely resolution of incidents and service requests. - Contribute to the overall stability and performance of the systems. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dell EMC SAN Architecture and Design, Netapp Storage Area Network (SAN) Administration. - Strong understanding of storage area network (SAN) administration. - Experience in designing and architecting Dell EMC SAN solutions. - Knowledge of Netapp storage systems and administration. - Familiarity with storage protocols such as Fibre Channel, iSCSI, and NFS. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Dell EMC SAN Architecture and Design. - This position is based in Pune. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
