Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the applications and resolving any technical issues that may arise. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve application issues. - Monitor and maintain the performance of critical business systems. - Identify and analyze software defects, providing timely resolutions. - Develop and implement effective solutions to enhance application performance and stability. - Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, ensuring their issues are resolved in a timely manner. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Security Implementation. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Palo Alto Networks Firewalls, Zscaler Architecture, Fortinet FortiGate Firewall. - Strong understanding of network security principles and best practices. - Experience in implementing and managing network security solutions. - Knowledge of firewall technologies and their configurations. - Familiarity with intrusion detection and prevention systems. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve network security issues. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Network Security Implementation. - This position is based in Noida. - A 15 years full time education is required.
