Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the applications and resolving any technical glitches that may arise. Your expertise in Network Security Operations will be utilized to maintain the security of the systems and protect them from potential threats. With a minimum of 3 years of experience in Network Security Operations, you will contribute to the success of our organization by ensuring the stability and security of our critical business systems. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve application issues. - Monitor and maintain the security of critical business systems, specifically focusing on Network Security Operations. - Identify and analyze technical issues within the applications and provide timely resolutions. - Perform regular system audits to ensure compliance with security standards and protocols. - Document and maintain accurate records of application issues and their resolutions. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in Network Security Operations. - Assist in the implementation of security measures to protect the systems from potential threats. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Security Operations. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with firewall management and intrusion detection systems. - Strong understanding of network protocols and security principles. - Experience in conducting vulnerability assessments and penetration testing. - Knowledge of security incident response procedures and incident management tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Network Security Operations. - This position is based at our Indore office. - A BTech is required.
