Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve providing dynamic service and support to ensure smooth functioning of the infrastructure service management. Roles & Responsibilities: - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for critical business systems, ensuring timely resolution of issues. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex technical issues, utilizing strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ensure smooth functioning of infrastructure service management, including monitoring and maintaining system performance and availability. - Develop and maintain technical documentation, including standard operating procedures and knowledge base articles. - Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for critical business systems. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong understanding of infrastructure service management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure. - Experience with incident management and problem management processes. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in infrastructure service management. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
