Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve working with Multiplatform Front End Development React and providing dynamic service to ensure smooth functioning of the systems. Roles & Responsibilities: - Provide technical support to resolve issues within multiple components of critical business systems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and troubleshoot issues, ensuring timely resolution. - Develop and maintain technical documentation for systems and processes. - Participate in the design and implementation of new systems and processes, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in Multiplatform Front End Development React and related technologies, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Proficiency in Multiplatform Front End Development React. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues within critical business systems. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and related methodologies. - Experience in developing and maintaining technical documentation. - Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Experience in working with databases such as MySQL and Oracle. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Multiplatform Front End Development React. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
