Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the software infrastructure. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve software issues. - Monitor and maintain the performance of critical business systems. - Identify and analyze software defects, providing timely resolutions. - Develop and implement software enhancements and updates. - Document and communicate technical issues and solutions to stakeholders. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Teams Infrastructure. - Strong understanding of software troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques. - Experience with incident management and ticketing systems. - Knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices. - Familiarity with network protocols and infrastructure. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Microsoft Teams Infrastructure. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required. Summary:As an Operations Engineer for Cloud Migration & Implementation, you will be responsible for supporting the operations and managing delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. Your typical day will involve working with Microsoft Teams Infrastructure and ensuring smooth operations of the systems and services. Roles & Responsibilities:- Manage and support the operations of production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. - Ensure smooth operations of Microsoft Teams Infrastructure and troubleshoot any issues that arise. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of services and systems. - Provide technical support to end-users and resolve any issues related to Microsoft Teams Infrastructure. - Maintain documentation of systems and services and ensure compliance with security policies and procedures. Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills: Experience in Microsoft Teams Infrastructure. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in Microsoft Exchange Online and Microsoft 365. - Strong understanding of cloud migration and implementation. - Experience in managing and supporting production systems and services. - Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. - Good understanding of security policies and procedures.Provide L2/L3 level support on Microsoft Skype for Business 2015/2019 and MS Teams along with SFB Online. Advanced troubleshooting skills with Microsoft debugging tools for MS Teams and Skype for Business online. Extensive knowledge of SFB online and Teams Extensive knowledge on Enterprise Voice deployments Good Knowledge on Skype telephony and conferencing devices Good level of knowledge on networking including firewalls, dmz, WAN technologies, LAN and VLAN Adequate knowledge of Active Directory Services and Site Topologies Extensive knowledge on AAD connect and ADFS. Extensive knowledge on sizing and designing and architecting SFB Online and teams Deep level troubleshooting skills on complex issues with SFB systems Extensive knowledge on deploying EV with market leading VOIP systems like Avaya/Cisco/ Yealinc. Expertise in designing, implementing and support transition from legacy PBX to modern UC platform such as Microsoft Teams. Experience in deployment of Microsoft Teams Cloud Voice, Microsoft Teams Rooms, Skype/Teams phones and devices. Experience in troubleshooting issues involving but not limited to with messaging, meetings with audio/video conferencing, Cloud Voice, and Audio-Conferencing services. Research and assist in integration of 3rdparty apps with Microsoft Teams. Deep knowledge of Microsoft Office 365services. Knowledge of networking concepts, Basic knowledge of PowerShell. Usage of Call Analytics and CQD to diagnose and overcome complex quality issues. Build reports on Microsoft Teams Usage and adoption. Certifications in Office 365 and/or in Unified Communications would be preferred Knowledge of Skype for Business on-premises would be an added benefit.
