Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of applications and resolving any technical issues that may arise. Your expertise in Microsoft Azure IaaS will be essential in troubleshooting and maintaining the infrastructure. Join our team in Gurugram and contribute to the success of our organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Ensure the smooth functioning of critical business systems. - Identify and resolve issues within multiple components of the systems. - Troubleshoot technical problems and provide timely resolutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address system issues and improve performance. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure IaaS. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Azure PaaS. - Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and architecture. - Experience in deploying and managing applications on Microsoft Azure IaaS. - Knowledge of virtual machines, storage, and networking in Azure. - Familiarity with Azure Resource Manager and Azure Active Directory. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Azure infrastructure. - Experience in scripting and automation using PowerShell or Azure CLI. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure IaaS. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
