Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems using Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager. Your typical day will involve providing dynamic service and acting as software detectives to ensure smooth functioning of the systems. Roles & Responsibilities: - Provide technical support for Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager and other critical business systems. - Identify and troubleshoot issues related to software and hardware components of the systems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of issues and minimize downtime. - Develop and maintain technical documentation related to the systems and their components. - Participate in the design and implementation of new systems and upgrades to existing systems. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Windows Desktop Management. - Strong understanding of software and hardware components of critical business systems. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to the systems. - Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical information effectively. - Experience in developing and maintaining technical documentation. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of providing technical support for critical business systems. - This position is based at our Gurugram office.
