Project Role Description : Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

Project Role : Cloud Operations Engineer Project Role Description : Deploy, configure, and manage cloud infrastructure environment and/or applications through cross-technology administration (OS, databases, virtual networks), scripting, and monitoring automation execution. Manage incidents with a focus on service restoration. Act as operations support for all compute, network, storage, security, or automation incidents /requests. Manage rollout of patches and release management schedule and implementation. Must have skills : Oracle Database Administration (DBA) Good to have skills : Cloud DB, Mysql,MS SQL Minimum 7 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As a Cloud Operations Engineer, you will deploy, configure, and manage cloud infrastructure environment and/or applications through cross-technology administration. You will be responsible for scripting, monitoring automation execution, and managing incidents with a focus on service restoration. Additionally, you will handle compute, network, storage, security, and automation incidents/requests. Your role will also involve managing the rollout of patches and release management schedule and implementation. Roles & Responsibilities: Install, configure, and upgrade Oracle server software and related products. Evaluate Oracle features and Oracle-related products. Establish and maintain sound backup and recovery policies and procedures. Implement and maintain database security (create and maintain users and roles, assign privileges). Perform database tuning and performance monitoring. Plan and implement capacity and resource expansion to ensure scalability of Oracle databases. Troubleshoot and resolve database issues in a timely manner. Perform database re-organizations as required to assist performance and ensure maximum uptime. Design and implement redundant systems, policies, and procedures for disaster recovery and data archiving to ensure effective protection and integrity of data assets. Work with developers to optimize SQL queries and database access. Professional & Technical Skills: Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven working experience as an Oracle Database Administrator. Experience with Oracle RAC (Real Application Clusters). Strong knowledge of Oracle database security management. Experience with performance tuning and optimization. Hands-on experience with SQL. Familiarity with database design, documentation, and coding. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and proactively. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Database Administration. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle Database Cloud Services. - Strong understanding of database administration principles. - Experience in managing and maintaining Oracle databases. - Knowledge of backup and recovery procedures for Oracle databases. - Familiarity with Oracle Database Cloud Services. - Experience in performance tuning and optimization of Oracle databases. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve database issues.
