Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of applications and providing support to end-users. Your typical day will involve troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the improvement of application performance and stability. Good hands-on experience on Linux server administration -Deep technical knowledge in VMware virtualization version 5x or 6x Troubleshooting skills analytical skills in Unix & Linux server -Installing, Managing, Patching and upgrading Linux servers -Managing data security, configuring user access, and maintaining the stability of the system -must be skilled in network infrastructure, hardware capabilities, testing protocols, and software development Professional Attributes: Good communication skill, Coaching the fellow team members, analytical skills and good presentation skills and ability to work independently. Education Qualifications: Bachelors degree Additional Information: Willing to work in 24/7 support rotational shifts. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Linux. - This position is based at our Coimbatore office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
