Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of electronic medical records (EMR) systems and providing support to end-users. Your typical day will involve troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the enhancement of EMR systems. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to electronic medical records (EMR) systems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve issues within multiple components of critical business systems. - Provide support to end-users and address their queries and concerns. - Contribute to the enhancement and optimization of EMR systems. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in EMR systems. - Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and data security protocols. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Electronic Medical Records (EMR). - Good To Have Skills: Experience with healthcare IT systems. - Strong understanding of EMR systems and their functionalities. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in EMR systems. - Knowledge of healthcare industry standards and regulations. - Familiarity with database management and SQL queries. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills. - Centricity Radiology PACS, Penrad Mammography Reporting,Powerscribe Dictation, Syngo Dynamics Ultrasound , Touchstone Interfaces Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Electronic Medical Records (EMR). - Expertise in PACS, Virtual health, Dictation, Endoscopy, Radiation Oncology and other ancillary applications. - Administer and maintain applications adhering to Imaging workflow and Healthcare Standards such as DICOM and HL7 - Provide technical support for users of imaging system, troubleshooting issues and providing resolution in timely manner - Good understanding on Citrix, LAN/WAN , TCP/IP, Active directory, load balancer, Windows Server, Storage and Load balancer - Database: Oracle/MS. SQL - Software installation, Administration, Configuration. - Instruments config and troubleshooting - Server Administration & Vulnerabilities Remediation - Manage efforts to integrate third-party applications with the PACS & RadOnc to streamline Digital Imaging workflows and enhance operational efficiency - Ready to support during US Business Hours - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
