Description : Highly motivated and results-oriented Micro Focus Platform Support Specialist. Responsible for providing technical support for our Micro Focus software platform, ensuring its optimal performance and stability. Responsibilities: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the Micro Focus platform. Analyze system logs and identify root causes of problems. Implement solutions to resolve platform issues promptly and efficiently. Maintain and update technical documentation related to the Micro Focus platform. Proactively monitor platform performance and identify potential problems. Stay up-to-date on the latest Micro Focus product releases and updates. Qualifications: Minimum 9 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably working with enterprise software platforms. Proven experience troubleshooting and resolving software-related issues. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A demonstrated understanding of IT infrastructure and operating systems. Proficiency in Micro Focus products and preferably has Micro Focus Administrator training certification
