Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve incident management and providing dynamic services to ensure smooth functioning of the systems. Roles & Responsibilities: - Provide technical support for critical business systems, including incident management, problem management, and change management. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues, ensuring minimal impact on business operations. - Develop and maintain technical documentation, including standard operating procedures and knowledge base articles. - Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for critical business systems. - Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to increase efficiency and reduce downtime. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in incident management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in infrastructure service management. - Solid understanding of ITIL framework and best practices. - Experience with monitoring tools such as Nagios, Zabbix, or SolarWinds. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in incident management. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
