Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve providing support for SUSE Linux Administration and Cloud Infrastructure. Roles & Responsibilities: - Provide technical support for SUSE Linux Administration and Cloud Infrastructure. - Identify and troubleshoot issues within multiple components of critical business systems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues. - Develop and maintain technical documentation for SUSE Linux Administration and Cloud Infrastructure. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in SUSE Linux Administration. - Must To Have Skills: Experience in Cloud Infrastructure. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. - Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams. - Experience in developing and maintaining technical documentation. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SUSE Linux Administration. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
