Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve providing dynamic services and resolving incidents related to the primary skill of Incident Management. Roles & Responsibilities: - Provide technical support for critical business systems, including incident management, problem management, and change management. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex issues related to the primary skill of Incident Management. - Ensure timely resolution of incidents and minimize the impact of incidents on business operations. - Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices for incident management and other related processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong knowledge of Incident Management. - Good To Have Skills: Service Integration and Management (SIAM). - Experience in providing technical support for critical business systems. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Incident Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
