Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of applications and providing technical support to end-users. Your typical day will involve troubleshooting and resolving software issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the improvement of system performance and stability. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Troubleshoot and resolve software issues reported by end-users. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve system problems. - Provide technical support and guidance to end-users. - Contribute to the improvement of system performance and stability. - Assist in the implementation of software updates and patches. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Ensure compliance with established processes and procedures. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Telecommunications Network Capability, Microsoft Teams Infrastructure, Unified Communication and Collaboration Operations. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud-based communication platforms. - Strong understanding of network protocols and telecommunications technologies. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving software issues. - Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. -CISCO,UCAAS,Avaya,MS Teams,3CX Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Telecommunications Network Capability. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
