Summary: As an Application Support Engineer for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems related to SAP BTP Integration Suite. Your typical day will involve providing dynamic service and support to ensure smooth functioning of the systems. Roles & Responsibilities: - Provide technical support for SAP BTP Integration Suite and related components. - Identify and troubleshoot issues within the system, ensuring timely resolution. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth functioning of the system. - Develop and maintain technical documentation related to the system. - Participate in system upgrades and enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption to the business operations. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong knowledge of SAP BTP Integration Suite. - Good To Have Skills: Knowledge of SAP Cloud Platform, SAP Cloud Integration, and SAP Process Orchestration. - Experience in providing technical support for critical business systems. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP BTP Integration Suite. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of providing technical support for critical business systems. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
