Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the applications and providing support to end-users. Your typical day will involve troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the improvement of system performance and stability. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. - Provide support to end-users and address their queries and concerns. - Monitor and maintain the performance and stability of critical business systems. - Identify and analyze system issues, and implement appropriate solutions. - Document and maintain technical documentation, including troubleshooting guides and knowledge base articles. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP MM Materials Management. - Strong understanding of SAP MM functionalities and processes. - Experience in configuring and customizing SAP MM modules. - Knowledge of integration points between SAP MM and other modules. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving SAP MM related issues. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP S/4HANA. - Familiarity with SAP MM best practices and industry standards. - Knowledge of SAP MM reporting and analytics tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP MM Materials Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
