Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the applications and resolving any technical glitches that may arise. Your expertise in troubleshooting and problem-solving will be essential in maintaining the efficiency and reliability of the systems. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve application issues. - Investigate and troubleshoot technical problems, providing timely resolutions. - Monitor application performance and identify areas for improvement. - Develop and maintain technical documentation for reference purposes. - Assist in the deployment and configuration of applications. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance application support services. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Angular. - Strong understanding of web development principles and best practices. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving application issues. - Knowledge of database management systems and SQL queries. - Familiarity with version control systems such as Git. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with JavaScript frameworks like React or Vue.js. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Angular. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
