Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve providing support to clients, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth functioning of the systems. Roles & Responsibilities: - Provide technical support to clients, troubleshooting issues related to the application and cloud systems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues within multiple components of critical business systems. - Ensure smooth functioning of the systems by monitoring and maintaining the application and cloud systems. - Document and communicate technical issues and solutions to clients and internal teams. - Participate in the development and implementation of new features and enhancements to the application and cloud systems. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spanish. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Java Enterprise Edition. - Strong understanding of application and cloud systems. - Experience in providing technical support to clients. - Knowledge of troubleshooting techniques and tools. - Excellent communication and documentation skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in providing technical support to clients. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
