Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the applications and resolving any technical issues that may arise. Experience: - Above 5 years Position Responsibility: • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and understand their network architecture. • Ability to manage multiple SOW and multiple tasks. • Design comprehensive solutions encompassing advance application load balancing on Citrix Netscaler systems, and industry best practices. • Carrying out deployment, migration, maintenance, monitoring, and management tasks, integration of new solution with existing network infra. • Create implementation plan considering minimal service downtime and implement the same. • Strong technical experience on network security (Firewall, IPS, Site-to-Site/GRE VPN), Zscaler and Netscaler Load balancer in large scale environment. • Managing, installing Cisco ASA, Palo Alto Firewall, security rules, IPS security profiles, Firewall Upgrade, Panorama management, Captive-Portal, firewall migration. • Experience to obtain, install, manage Citrix NetScaler functionality, capabilities, and application load balancing. Monitoring, and support on case-by-case incidents, troubleshoot, and firmware upgrade. • Provide preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and quickly resolves problems to ensure infrastructure and application stability. • Configure, and manage VPN, CDN, GRE Technologies, Geo Redundancy. • Familiarity with emerging technologies - Web applications, Web Services, Vulnerability management. • Install, configure, and migrate legacy Firewall network to Next Generation solution. • Implement network security measures and protocols as part of the deployment process. • Provide technical support during and after the deployment phase. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Firewall Security policies, IPS security policies, Netscaler, VPN solutions. • Conduct performance testing and optimization to ensure network efficiency and reliability. • Create detailed documentation for deployed network solutions, including network diagrams, configuration files, and user manuals. • Prepare and deliver reports on project status, deployment progress, and post-deployment performance with internal and client stakeholders. • Train clients and internal teams on network solutions and best practices. • Lead initiatives involving creation of re-usable assets. • Identify & implement automation scope within project deliverables. Must Have Skills/Qualifications: • Educational Qualifications: BE, BTech. • Technology Certifications: PCNSE, Netscaler, Public or Private Cloud • Proven experience in network engineering with a focus on routing and switching. • Experience with network security practices and technologies. • Strong understanding of networking concepts, including routing, switching, Global and Application Load balancing, WAF, VPN Technologies. • Proficiency in network and application design and architecture. • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members. • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. • Experienced on Network Transformation projects involving integration of Voice, Video and • Ability to design, develop and maintain security policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines. • Ability to assist with Product Selections from requirements and cost perspective. • Good understanding of the emerging network technology trends. • Excellent people management skills. • Additional Technical Skills : Network and Application Design and Implementation Must Have Design and Deployment of Cisco ASA, Palo Alto,,F5 LBs & Zsclaer Must Have Other Key Skills – Load Balancer , Proxy Architecture , Network and Application Firewalls , IPS , DNS architecture Good to have Security – End Point Security for Remote Access VPN, Firewalls and VPN Architecture Good to have Basic understanding on Storage networking SAN, FC, Cisco MDS15 years full time education
