Project Role Description : Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

br/>Key Responsibilities : a Expert in large-scale Email/Messaging hybrid environment, G Suite/O365/Exchange on-premises b Expert experience with Email protocols SMTP, IMAP, POP, Security SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and API Integrations c Hands-on knowledge of Email security gateways Cisco ESA/SMA d Expert in Windows Server Administration preferably windows server 2016 and higher OS e Basic hands on experience in infrastructure services : DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, Fileshare, Print Service, Certificates Management br/>Technical Experience : a Hands-on experience using scripts and scripting languages such as Powershell, Python b Basic Knowledge on AWS Cloud Hosting VPC, EC2, S3, IAM, SSM, CFT, Secates Manager c Experience in Monitoring and Alerting systems preferred Splunk, SCOM, Cloudwatch d Knowledge in Ticketing Management Tool ServiceNow or equivalent e Google G-Suite administration experience mainly User Account Provisioning and Management, Drive, Docs, Sheets br/>Professional Attributes : Strong written and verbal communication skills br/>Educational Qualification : 15 Years FT education
