Job Description
Project Role Description : Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.
Must have skills : AIX System Administration
Good to have skills : Cloud Infrastructure
Minimum 7.5 year(s) of experience is required
Educational Qualification : 15 Years of full time education
Must Have: ? 7+ Years in Linux Installation, Configuration and administration. ? Provide L2/L3 support on AIX, VIO Servers, PowerHA Clusters ? Demonstrated Experience in handling day-to-day AIX & Linux operating system installation, migration, Automation and break-fix support. ? Deep Understanding of LINUX concepts. ? Knowledge and expertise of Pacemaker Clusters. ? Knowledge on SUSE SMT server/Satellite Configuration and Management. ? Good exposure to different flavors of LINUX . Especially SUSE, REDHAT ? Good exposure in LINUX Admin with Basic working Knowledge on Cloud platform ? Good Exposure on patching and vulnerability remediations. ? Good Team Management Skills ? Good analytical and troubleshooting skills ? Performance management and Network troubleshooting. ? Experience on Microsoft Azure/AWS platform ? Daily operational RUN support for Cloud servers. ? Knowledge on Ticketing tools Service Now Preferred. Knowledge on Incident, Problem and change management. Professional Requirements: ? Good Team Management skills ? Ability to structure and draft technical documentations ? Strong working knowledge of ITIL processes ? Flexibility to work in rotating shifts(24x7) / weekend supports as per Client demands. Good to have: Automation using Ansible, Puppet, Terraform
