Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve providing support for Oracle Database Administration and ensuring smooth functioning of the systems. Roles & Responsibilities: - Provide support for Oracle Database Administration and ensure smooth functioning of the systems. - Identify and solve issues within multiple components of critical business systems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues. - Ensure timely resolution of issues and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Database Administration. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with other database technologies. - Strong understanding of database architecture and design principles. - Experience with performance tuning and optimization techniques. - Experience with backup and recovery procedures. - Solid grasp of SQL and PL/SQL programming languages. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Oracle Database Administration. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
