Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and resolves issues within various components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing system performance, and implementing solutions to enhance operational efficiency. You will engage in troubleshooting activities, ensuring that business applications run smoothly and effectively, while also documenting processes and solutions for future reference. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining the integrity and reliability of the systems that support essential business functions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and understanding. - Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP BTP Integration Suite. - Strong understanding of software debugging and troubleshooting techniques. - Experience with performance tuning and optimization of SAP applications. - Familiarity with SAP HANA database concepts and data modeling. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
